Daily life is pressurised. Much of our time is dedicated to work and chores. We get lost in our thoughts, and stress accumulates.
If we protect time to reconnect with our bodies, we can unravel the daily knots before our mental and physical health start to suffer.
An easy way to reconnect is to put some music on and let it pull you back to the moment. Sway, bounce, stretch. Move in whatever way feels right - your body will show you what it needs.
